Local Law No. 7 - 2010 Dog Licensing and Identification (PDF - 119.4 KB) Effective January 1, 2011 the New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets will no longer provide dog tags, issue license renewals or maintain dog licensing data as a service to municipalities. The Town of Cazenovia will assume this function, as detailed in Local Law No. 7 - 2010.
Dog License (PDF - 46.2 KB) Remit completed Dog License Application Form to the Town Clerk's Office, 7 Albany Street, Cazenovia, NY 13035, either in person or by mail with appropriate fee (check with Town Clerk's Office 315.655.9213 Ext 6 for local fee amount); spay/neuter certificate (if applicable); proof of rabies vaccination issued by a licensed veterinarian or clinic.
